Jakob began as a server side developer in PHP's earlier days, and got eventually decided to focus on the UI. Working with multiple browsers has proven to be a constantly changing problem that has innumerable solutions. When he landed at LinkedIn, he worked to help move the UI development team from their original JavaScript implementation to a more modern stack.
