It seems that iso-8859-1 (Latin-0) has become much less relevant than iso-8859-15 (Latin-9), notably due to use of the euro directly in documents instead of being used as a named entity. It would therefore make sense to either replace iso-8859-1 with it, or add it to the list. --Fgm
